The Hong Kong Chapter was started some years back (Email sungchichu at hotmail.com the history if you know) - my memory has not been kind to me lately. Maybe the first chapter president (KCKong) can recount the story. Some of us wanted to do this website for quite awhile back in order to keep in touch, and maybe there would be a hokies network here in Hong Kong.
